Little Dealer Little Prices RV is looking to hire a Business Development Coordinator with dealership experience! Recreational vehicles (RV’s) are travel trailers, fifth wheels, pop-ups and motorhomes. RV’s are one of the most affordable and green ways a family can vacation. This is a fun business selling dreams and memories. If selected you will be responsible to build and run our internet sales department. If you’re highly motivated, capable, and experienced with vehicle internet sales please apply. Dependable transportation is needed as our internet functions are in 2 locations (Mesa and Phoenix). Direct the daily activities of the BDC staff and maximize lead conversion to appointments and sales.
Implementation of the policies, procedures, and processes necessary for superior customer satisfaction.
Recruit, hire, and continuously train and motivate the staff for superior performance
Responsible for continual increases in appointments, sales, and profits.
Set goals for the BDC department and develop action plans towards achieving those goals
Oversee the continuous improvement of our website, SEO, and e-marketing.
